Brand Positioning Sprint is a one-time writing service. There is no physical product to return.

If your intake is incomplete and we have not started writing, ask in Delivery Chat and we will refund the purchase.

Once the written package has been delivered to the members area, the fee is earned and is not refunded. Results depend on how you use the copy. We do not guarantee clients, meetings, or revenue.

Client portal access lasts 90 days from purchase. Download your files when they arrive.
